This beautiful valley of Jezreel/Megiddo will never see an end-time battle

In defence of the sidelined God Jehovah, Creator of the Universe and Father of Humanity
Vomit? How disgusting!
Yes, isn't? Horrible thing to say about Israel, Jehovah's one time chosen ones!
The Apostle to the Jews, Peter, spoke to them about going back to . . . well, let him have the floor for a moment:
20 For if, after they* have escaped the defilements of the world* through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein and overcome, the last state is become worse with them than the first. 21 For it were better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after knowing it, to turn back from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22 It has happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog turning to his own vomit* again, and the sow that had washed to wallowing in the mire. -2 Peter 2:20-22 ASV
* Disciples redeemed out of Israel, wanting to go back to the life they had under the law.
* Strong's 2889 -the world (and age) of Israel they had been redeemed from by means
their final atonement and second Passover lamb Jesus.
* Leviticus 20:22 - if Israel were to disobey the Law, the promised land will vomit
They disobeyed and became vomit as promised, because Jehovah ALWAYS keeps
His promises, for better or worse, blessing or malediction.
Here for the actual verses Leviticus 18:24-28:
24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out from before you; 25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land vomiteth out her inhabitants. 26 Ye therefore shall keep my statutes and mine ordinances, and shall not do any of these abominations; neither the home–born, nor the stranger that sojourneth among you; 27 (for all these abominations have the men of the land done, that were before you, and the land is defiled); 28 that the land vomit not you out also, when ye defile it, as it vomited out the nation that was before you. ASV
and Leviticus 20:22-24:
22 Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all mine ordinances, and do them; that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, vomit you not out. 23 And ye shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them. 24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey: I am Jehovah your God, who hath separated you from the peoples.
Good to read Leviticus chapters 18 and 20 for context of the dreadful habits of the
original tribes, followed by Chapter 26; and then Deuteronomy 27-30 for the opportunities
and choices offered God's firstborn son* Israel.
* Exodus 4:22
In his 2nd letter Peter counselled Christians that abandoning their redemption through Christ Jesus and returning back to their old ways, would re-constitute them into the vomit they were before they accepted their Messiah and redeemer.
Please listen carefully to the words of God in Deuteronomy 30:1-10 where our beautiful God and Father Jehovah discusses the final redemption He would initiate for an Israel He knew would abandon Him through wanton disregard of Him and disobedience of His law for them.
One just can't help but love Him.
Not much else to say about that, really.
