Was Jesus Christ resurrected?

The simple answer is no!

Nonetheless, two questions need to be asked first, while keeping in mind that a question ought not to be answered with yet another question.

In the prophetic pre-enactment of the sacrifice of the lamb of God Jesus, when Abraham attempted to sacrifice his seed and only-begotten son Isaac:

who received his life back and who did not?

Answer #1: The life of Abraham's only-begotten son Isaac was restored.

Answer #2: The substitutionary sheep's life was not.

In the antitypical fulfilment of Jehovah offering His only begotten son as per John 3:16:

who received his life back and who did not?

Answer #1: The life of God's heavenly only-begotten son/god and archangel Michael who had inherited all Jesus had accomplished and become, including his becoming the Christ after Jesus's death, was restored.

John 1 verse 18 NAS:  No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him also NKJV centre ref column and NWT;  Jude 9; 1 Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 12:7, 10, 12;

Answer #2: The substitutionary sheep and son of man Jesus' life was not restored, because he was the body prepared to take the place of  God's only-begotten actually offered - Hebrews 10:5

God's heavenly only begotten son, who had now assumed the role of and become the Christ after he inherited all that Jesus the Christ had become and accomplished, did indeed stand up again (resurrected) from off the altar of God's will in the manner of Isaac and is currently (2014) awaiting the time for the little flock, he is a component part of, to become/receive the 1000 year Kingdom of the Heavens for the blessing of all the families of the earth.

Because none of this would have ever happened without Jesus, the use of his name will forever be given the prominence it deserves, so that every knee may bend in acknowledgement*:

9 For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior* position and kindly gave him the name that is above every [other] name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord* to the glory of God the Father.. . . (Philippians 2:9-11 NWT)

* Yes, in acknowledgement, but not worship, since Jesus the Christ is dead, forever dead and worship of the dead is a very definite, abhorrent sin as is creature worship, while Jehovah's Heavenly Only Begotten Son will forever wear Jesus' mantle of accomplishments even as Elisha did after he inherited Elijah's.

* Jesus has NOT been given a superior position, mainly because he is as dead as all sacrifices gone before, BUT Jehovah's only begotten angelic son of god Michael, the Archangel, has been given a superior position when Jehovah elevated him from just being an angel, however powerfully endowed, to be rewarded with full son-ship and become the very first and fully fledged member of His God-kind family of beings.

* Please note that Jesus the Christ (Messiah) was only Lord with reference to the people Israel
in the flesh, because he was the anointed future king of their royal line;    not anyone else's.  That does not apply in the realm of the heavenly kingdom, where all former earthly tribal connections, liaisons and relationships no longer apply.   Like marriage
till death do us part.

That is really all there is to it.

All else is lying Apostasy born out of disappointment, lust for power and self-preservation.

Ignore the Old Testament and be doomed to falsehood and incomprehension of Jehovah's wondrous ways to deal with the original intransigence of Adam.

That was no rebellion or revolt, but just lack of faith in the Edenic promises embedded in all Jehovah had done and spoken.

The NT was significantly ‘doctored’ for apostasy even as was the OT in places:

For instance here in Hebrews 10:5 almost all translations render it:

Therefore, when he came into <1519>* the world <2889>*, He said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, But a body you have prepared for me.

God's only begotten son did have a body prepared to take his place: Jesus -Hebrews 10:10:

By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all [time].

He came for the world of Israel NOT with some sort of assumed fleshly body with which the alleged heavenly Jesus, you know, the imagineered son component of Christianity's polytheistic, trinitarian god, kind of slipped into Mary's womb in some magical fashion.

Instead it happened precisely the way it did in the prophetic Abraham/Isaac pre-enactment where Abraham's only-begotten son Isaac had a body of a sheep prepared for him by his father Abraham to die instead.  That sheep was initially provided by God as part of His sheep-kind creation*.   In a similar manner was the lamb Jesus prepared to take away the sins of Israel's world, while simultaneously taking the place of Jehovah's only begotten son actually offered.

With all the choices available to translators to render <1519> within the broad context of God's grand purpose, why did they use into and not for?  Simply because they just had absolutely no idea, not even the remotest comprehension of God's way of remedying the human condition.

Jehovah's only-begotten did not come into the world* of Israel, but for them to save them, while remaining with God in heaven, whereas the body to die instead had not come from anywhere but was literally born into the Jewish nation via Mary's womb, thus becoming a natural part of the tribe of Jacob.

The body prepared was not one to replace the animal sacrifices under the Law Covenant, but to die instead of the one actually offered as per John 3:16: the he and the me of  Hebrews 10:5.

At the same time, and wondrously, did Jesus the sheep representatively die an executional death in his complete persona of Jehovah's adulterous wife Israel as well as Jehovah's firstborn son Israel the transgressor, who experienced their unique Salvation in that redemptive sacrifice of their Lord Jesus as they were thus redeemed to continue to run with all the promises God had made to the fathers.

In Hebrews 10:5 Paul actually quoted from Psalm 40 verse 6, but out of all the translations of the OT at my disposal only these two actually use body:

6   {1} Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not; but a body* hast thou prepared me: whole–burnt–offering and sacrifice for sin thou didst not require. {1) Heb 10:5, 6}  Greek Septuagint  3rd century BCE and was completed by 132 BCE

6   Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not have, but a body hast thou ordained me: burntoffering and sacrifice for sin thou hast not allowed.  Tyndale (Rogers Coverdale) Bible 1525 - 1535

* The antiquity of the scrolls available to the Greek Septuagint translators would almost guarantee hat body had a presence in the original Hebrew/Aramaic texts rather than ears.

Anyway, Paul had access to Hebrew/Aramaic scrolls of the Psalms to quote from directly without a need for the LXX.

If I say more about Christ's or Jesus' resurrection here, I would only repeat matters explained elsewhere.
